Resources

Tools and courses for learning how we think.

We share code and teaching materials that make quantitative biology easier to enter—and make the lab's ideas easier to test, extend, and use.

Teaching

Learn the language of quantitative biology.

Our courses reflect how we train in the lab: begin with a biological question, make the model explicit, and move fluently between experiment and computation.

2022–2025

Biophysics 294

Graduate teaching in quantitative approaches to modern biological data, with an emphasis on making biological questions mathematically explicit.

2025–present

Systems Biology 200: Introduction to Modern Systems Biology

A new course connecting high-dimensional measurements, machine learning, automatic differentiation, and large mechanistic models in biology.

Lecture notes are coming next.

Course notes and other teaching materials will be added here as they are prepared for the web.
